Description
  A course that reinforces the importance of always using GMP! Using a case study -- the recent contamination of a community water system in Walkerton, Ontario -- participants examine the interaction between structure/systems, processes/procedures, and individual actions/decisions. By applying these concepts to problems that they might encounter, learners discover how they each contribute to meeting GMP expectations.
 
Materials included
  All course materials are placed on a convenient CD-ROM, including:
  • Approximately 50 PowerPoint slides, many with case-study photos supplied by Press Canada
  • Detailed written instructor's notes with voice annotation to supplement written notes. Activities and activity sheets
  • Learner assessment and learner assessment answer key
