The project's initial scope focused
on GMP personnel. LearningPlus prepared a series of courses,
taught by the firm's trainers, covering specific
organizational topics as well as GMP requirements. Also, a
unique "survival guide" was created. R&D
management saw the success of the training efforts and asked
LearningPlus to create a similar program for its new hires. |
