Two types of "GMP
thinking" are examined: Responding to problems and assessing proposals,
changes, and opportunities. For each type, learners are provided
a mnemonic (REACT and ASSESS) and the opportunity of applying the
mnemonic to case studies. Workshop can include follow-up coaching
sessions to help learners apply what they have learned.
