An examination
of the four- level model of assessing how well (or poorly!) a training
program is meeting its goals. Issues discussed include testing,
demonstrations of performance, transfer of learning, and organizational
results. The course can be presented in a working-group session
that results in developing a process that the firm can use in evaluating
learners and its training programs.
